Creativo is built to support real human artists and help clients hire with confidence.

1. Real Human Artists

Creativo is dedicated to helping clients connect with real human artists.

Artists must represent themselves honestly and show work that reflects their own creative abilities.

2. No AI-Generated Artwork

AI-generated artwork is not permitted on Creativo.

Artists may not upload, display, advertise, sell, or submit AI-generated artwork as part of:

  • Portfolios
  • Profile galleries
  • Project submissions
  • Featured artwork sections
  • Verification reviews

Creativo exists to protect authentic human-created work and support artists whose skills, style, and creative process are their own.

3. No Portfolio Theft

Artists may only upload artwork they personally created or have permission to display.

Stolen artwork, copied portfolios, false attribution, and unauthorized use of another artist's work are not allowed.

4. No Impersonation

Users may not impersonate another artist, client, studio, company, or individual.

Users may not falsely claim affiliation with a person, brand, studio, publisher, or organization.

5. Respectful Communication

Clients and artists must communicate professionally.

Harassment, hate speech, threats, discriminatory language, intimidation, or abusive behavior are not allowed.

6. Honest Profiles

Users must provide truthful profile information.

Artists should accurately represent their skills, experience, location, availability, services, and portfolio work.

Clients should provide accurate project descriptions, budgets, timelines, and expectations.

7. Fair Project Practices

Clients should clearly communicate:

  • Project scope
  • Deliverables
  • Deadlines
  • Revisions
  • Budget
  • Usage rights
  • Ownership expectations

Artists should communicate availability, pricing, process, and limitations clearly before starting work.

8. Spam and Abuse

Spam, fake accounts, misleading messages, scams, mass unsolicited outreach, and abuse of platform features are prohibited.

9. Reporting Violations

Users can report suspected violations through the Contact page.

This includes:

  • AI-generated artwork
  • Stolen artwork
  • Fake profiles
  • Impersonation
  • Harassment
  • Scams
  • Copyright concerns

10. Enforcement

Creativo may remove content, reject verification, reduce visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently remove users who violate these Community Standards.
