1. About HireCreativo

HireCreativo is an online marketplace that connects clients with freelance illustrators and creative professionals.

We provide tools that allow users to:

• Discover artists
• Showcase portfolios
• Post creative projects
• Submit proposals
• Communicate
• Manage creative collaborations

HireCreativo is not the employer of artists and is not a party to agreements entered into between clients and artists unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. User Accounts

Users must:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep login credentials secure.
• Be responsible for all activity under their account.
• Be at least 18 years old or have legal authorization to use the platform.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Artist Portfolios

Artists may upload only artwork they created or have legal permission to display.

The following are prohibited:

• Stolen artwork
• Copyright infringement
• False attribution
• Misleading portfolio content
• Fraudulent portfolio representations

We may remove portfolio content at our discretion.

4. AI Artwork Policy

HireCreativo exists to help clients hire real human artists.

Portfolio artwork must substantially represent the artist's own original creative skill.

Artwork generated primarily through artificial intelligence without significant original artistic contribution is not permitted.

This policy applies to:

• Portfolios
• Galleries
• Featured artwork
• Verification submissions
• Project submissions

HireCreativo may:

• Remove AI-generated content
• Reject verification
• Suspend accounts
• Permanently remove repeat offenders

5. Artist Verification

Verification helps identify genuine creators.

Verification does not guarantee:

• Artistic quality
• Professionalism
• Availability
• Timely delivery
• Client satisfaction
• Project success

Verification may be granted, revoked, or reviewed at any time.

6. Intellectual Property

Artists retain ownership of their artwork unless otherwise agreed between the artist and client.

Clients and artists are solely responsible for determining:

• Ownership
• Licensing
• Commercial rights
• Usage rights
• Transfer of intellectual property

By uploading artwork, you grant HireCreativo permission to display and feature your portfolio on the platform, social media, and other promotional materials related to HireCreativo. You retain full ownership of your artwork at all times.

Creativo does not claim ownership of portfolio artwork uploaded by users.

7. Hiring and Projects

Clients are responsible for evaluating artists before hiring.

Artists are responsible for accurately representing their experience, skills, and capabilities.

HireCreativo does not guarantee:

• Project completion
• Timelines
• Quality
• Satisfaction
• Successful collaboration

8. Communication Through HireCreativo

To protect both clients and artists, users are encouraged to keep communication, negotiations, file sharing, contracts, and payments within HireCreativo whenever possible.

Users may not intentionally use HireCreativo to locate one another and then move hiring, negotiations, contracts, or payments off-platform in order to bypass HireCreativo or its services.

Sharing portfolio websites or social media for the purpose of showcasing artwork is permitted, provided it is not used to circumvent the platform.

HireCreativo may use automated systems to detect the sharing of external contact information or attempts to bypass the platform.

Repeated attempts to circumvent the platform may result in warnings, account review, suspension, or termination.

9. Professional Conduct

Users must interact professionally and respectfully.

Prohibited behavior includes:

• Fraud
• Harassment
• Hate speech
• Threats
• Spam
• Copyright infringement
• Portfolio theft
• Misrepresentation
• Impersonation
• Abuse of platform features
• Uploading prohibited AI artwork

10. Client Conduct

Clients may not:

• Post fraudulent projects
• Request unpaid speculative work without disclosure
• Abuse chargebacks
• Harass artists
• Misrepresent project requirements
• Exploit artists through misleading hiring practices

11. Payments

Payment functionality may evolve over time.

Where available, users agree to comply with all payment policies.

HireCreativo may introduce:

• Escrow
• Milestones
• Payment protection
• Secure payment processing
• Additional financial services

Additional payment terms may apply.

12. Fraud Prevention

HireCreativo may monitor accounts, portfolios, projects, communications, verification requests, and platform activity for purposes including:

• Fraud prevention
• Security
• Abuse detection
• Copyright enforcement
• Platform integrity
• Quality assurance

This monitoring may include automated systems and human review.

13. Account Suspension

HireCreativo may investigate suspected violations before taking action.

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts for:

• Fraud
• Copyright infringement
• AI policy violations
• Misrepresentation
• Platform abuse
• Repeated policy violations
• Circumvention of the platform
• Conduct that creates risk for other users or HireCreativo

14. Artist Inactivity

To maintain an active marketplace, HireCreativo may:

• Remove verification badges
• Reduce profile visibility
• Deactivate inactive accounts

after extended inactivity.

15. Refunds and Disputes

HireCreativo is not responsible for disputes between users.

Where payment protection or escrow exists, separate dispute procedures may apply.

Users are encouraged to define:

• Deliverables
• Deadlines
• Revision limits
• Payment schedules
• Ownership
• Licensing

before beginning work.

16. Copyright Complaints

If you believe your copyrighted work has been uploaded without authorization, contact us through our Contact page.

We may investigate and remove infringing content.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of HireCreativo after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
